Our signature mozzarella come in 1 pound balls sold in water, and are ready to be eaten fresh (sold by the pound- minimum order 1 pound)

Our flagship "Oldham Mozzarella" is our very own local variety of pasta filata-style cheese made with 100% Oldham County cows' milk. This is a ripened mozzarella style that reflects the rich dairy of our region; great for beautiful cheese board displays, sandwich preparations, and pizzas.
